I check the work for you to ensure that it has been carried out professionally and without defects in accordance with the recognized rules of technology. This enables you to optimally enforce your contractual claim against your construction partner.

However, it is an important building block in defect management, because it allows construction defects to be identified and eliminated earlier. In the event of possible liability claims, all the necessary evidence is available that important construction measures have already been carried out or omitted. As an independent expert, I record and document all activities on the construction site – so that you can get on with other things.

As an expert, I measure your property precisely according to valid standards and regulations and create a floor plan with area information for you. This forms the legally secure basis for the marketing of your property.

I will be happy to provide you with marketable floor plans with dimensions, professionally drawn in 2D or 3D. To increase the value, I also offer you floor plans including representation of the furniture – as a basis for your successful marketing.

Mould Expertise

Do you need mould advice or a written mould report? Your questions are: Where is the mould coming from? Is there a problem with the walls or the windows? Is the moisture coming from inside or outside? And of course: Who pays the costs? Mould in your property is very dangerous to health, especially for small children, and must be professionally removed as quickly as possible. I will visit you on site, examine the affected rooms, take all the necessary moisture measurements and, as an expert civil engineer (building surveyor), advise you in detail on how you can prevent mould.

Real estate Valuation and Property Valuation

Do you need a valuation report for your property? Whether you need a valuation for a house or a flat, you’ve come to the right place. Valuations (property valuations) are required, for example, for inheritance tax purposes or for the purchase and sale of property. For a property valuation, the land and the structure of the property are assessed and a professional valuation report is then drawn up. In addition to a property valuation, an appraisal can also be carried out for a plot of land. As a valuer, I will assess the property with you.
